Provided are a natural spice soy sauce composition which enhances the flavor and taste of food, decreases cooking time and reduces the use of side material, and a method for preparing the natural spice soy sauce composition. The natural spice soy sauce composition comprises 12-18 wt% of ganjang(soy sauce) concentrated to 45 Brix or more; 15-22 wt% of an extract of the brisket of beef; 0.1-1.0 wt% of white sugar; 3-4 wt% of refined salt; 8-11 wt% of vegetable hydrolyzed protein; 18-20 wt% of starch syrup; 20.5-42.77 wt% of high fructose corn syrup; 0.1-0.3 wt% of cheongyang pepper; 0.01-0.05 wt% of a yeast extract powder; 0.01-0.1 wt% of a ginger; 1-2 wt% of an onion; 1-2 wt% of a garlic; and 0.01-0.05 wt% a sesame leaf. |
