Transformer for moment of pulse as energy generator on the ground of valid physical laws, transforms physical values more precisely, moment of inertia into angular speed, of the system of weights, which rotate around an unmovable axis. Disk (1) is a weight of less mass than mass of two weights (2) are set in the grooves (3) thereon. Mutually coupled by an unstretchable pulley (4) that goes through a slot in an axle (5) that, if required, may put a brake on. Electric motor (16) by means of rollers (15) is informed on the angular velocity to the weight system: disk-weights, then put a brake onto the axle (5), whereto is concurrently carried out winding up of the pulley, that carries out work by drawing weights (2) toward the axle of rotation, thus causing decrease in the moment of inertia and increase in angular velocity of the disk (1) thus increasing its energy even by several times compared to the energy invested by electric motor. Disk (1) obtains the energy generated on account of the performance carried out by the pulley coping with the centrifugal force and drawing weights (2) on their travel through the grooves (3) toward the axle (5).
