The method involves flatly positioning a wrapping sheet on a packing table (5). A plastic mold, in which a bouquet is introduced, is placed opposite to an opening of the table. A pressure is applied on the mold and on the sheet for simultaneously moving the mold and a part of the sheet across the opening until the formation of a bowl, in which water is filled, and for surrounding the head of the bouquet by the sheet. The sheet is tightened around stems of the bouquet by an elastic tie to form a collar for the bubble around the stems. The wrapped bouquet is ejected out of the table. An independent claim is also included for an installation for elaborating a bubble bouquet.
