<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a troublesome fact that a plurality of receipts are issued when a user executes a plurality of accountings when the user undergoes services of printing files stored in removable media or on a WEB server. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of receipts are not issued even if a plurality of jobs are run, and the receipts are summed up into one.
