PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial technique that utilizes the features of circulating force and is not restricted by time or force, by having the time and force caused to act relatively or absolutely. SOLUTION: A piece of force has the properties of a right-handed screw that moves in one direction. A force, having the properties of a left-handed screw that moves in the direction opposite the direction, in which a right-handed screw moves interfere with the force having the properties of the right-handed screw in the direction of movement. Thus, a piece of circulating force in torus shape is produced. The rotational direction of this circulating force is relatively unidirectional. When two pieces of circulating force are caused to act with their directions of rotation absolutely reversed, the force circulates, as viewed from one piece of circulating force. The reason why this one piece of force can be utilized is that the basic features of force are utilized. The reason why the conventional industrial techniques are influenced by force, for example, gravitational force is that is a result of the passage of time and the passage of time is similarly a result of the influence of the progress of time. Thus, time can be stopped together with force, by stopping the two pieces of circulating force. This method for the utilization of force is utilized in the industrial techniques.
