A mobile phone settlement method using a phone number for connecting to a wireless Internet address and a virtual account, and a system thereof are provided to offer a simple operation, a high success ratio, and strict security, and participate in EC(Electronic Commerce) settlement while using an Internet address connection phone number service and a virtual account service. A seller terminal(1) sells goods to a buyer, and transfers transaction information, buyer information, and a member number or account information of a seller if the buyer requests the settlement. A PG(Payment Gateway) server(7) requests a virtual account number using a seller account as a mother account and generates/assigns a transaction number to transaction while transferring the information received from the seller terminal to a bank server(3), and transmits a settlement result received from the bank server to the seller server. The bank server transfers a settlement price to the virtual account of the seller or the account related to the transaction number from the account of the buyer in a state connected to the buyer through the wireless Internet. |
