<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diet food capable of effectively exhibiting efficacy, by using a combination of materials each containing a digestive enzyme activity inhibitory substance. <P>SOLUTION: This diet food contains a powder of a shell ginger leaf, a powder of a Shekwasha (Citrus depressa) fruit skin and seed, and a powder of a sea tangle. A method for producing the diet food comprises treating the Shekwasha fruit skin and seed which are left after squeezing a juice from a fruit of the Shekwasha by drying/powdering them, treating a leaf part of the shell ginger by drying/powdering it, treating the sea tangle by drying/powdering it, and treating the materials obtained in the above by mixing them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
