METHOD FOR PROVIDING CONTINUOUS DOWNLOADING SERVICE OF LARGE SIZE CONTENTS THROUGH WIRELESS NETWORK AND RECORD MEDIA RECORED PROGRAM FOR REALIZING THE SAME

A method for providing a large capacity contents continuous downloading service through a wireless network and a recording medium including a program for implementing the same are provided to disregard continuous downloading by using integrated version information of a packet list and to download a new patch file. A contents continuous downloading request information is received from a mobile terminal(100). A packet list including a representative ID of contents required to be continuous downloading and individual file information is received from the mobile terminal(100). The individual file information included in the received package list information and individual file information stored in a contents server(108) are compared. A list of files having an inconsistent individual file information is transmitted to the mobile terminal. A download agent program installed in the mobile terminal receives the required file list and determines whether to perform continuous downloading.
