PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact structure in which a conductive part can surely contact with both of a pair of contacts, and in which a conductor part can surely contact the pair of contacts electrically, and electronic equipment provided with the contact structure. SOLUTION: AV equipment 1 is provided with an operation part. The operation part is provided with a push button and the contact structure 14 housed in a hole for the operation part installed at a front face of the equipment body. The contact structure 14 is provided with a printed wiring board 19, the pair of contact points 20a, 20b, a rubber plate 21, and a conductive plate 23. The contacts 20a, 20b are installed at the printed wiring board 19. The rubber plate 21 is provided with a flat plate part 25 and a boss part 26. The boss part 26 is provided with a contact-separation part 29 facing the contacts 20a, 20b. The conductive plate 23 is provided with a contact part 40, which is pasted to the flat plate part 25, and which is in contact with one contact 20a always, and with a separated part 41 which is pasted to a contact/separating part 29 and which forms a spacing from the other contact point 20b in a neutral state of the rubber plate 21.
