PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of respective keys by allowing the respective keys arranged at small intervals to be visually easily discriminated from one another. SOLUTION: This key sheet with key tops is provided with the plurality of key tops 10 arranged at small intervals; a base material film 20 formed on the undersurface side of the key tops 10; an EL element 30 formed on the undersurface side of the base material film 20 for illuminating the key tops 10 from the lower side thereof; and an insulation layer 40 formed on the undersurface side of the EL element 30. Exposure parts 15 for exposing light emitted from the EL element 30 are formed in the circumferences of the key tops 10 located above a luminescent region R of the EL element 30.
