PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling jacket which reduces a thermal resistance to a heat from a heating element and is excellent in a cooling capability. SOLUTION: The cooling jacket transmits a fever of a heating element 300 loaded on an electronic apparatus to a liquid cooling medium flowing inside and cools the fever. The jacket is provided with a heating surface 111 contacting with a front surface of the heating element 300, and plural walls 113 extending in the perpendicular direction to the heating surface 111. Between the walls 113 there are provided a base 110 forming a flow passage 114 for the liquid cooling medium, and a cover 120 which is furnished around the base 110 and forms a path for leading the liquid cooling medium. The base 110 forms a flow passage formed in the shape of a fan and an apex at a center thereof, and is equipped with a thermally isotropic profile to a contacted heating element.
