PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission signal processing device which can appropriately perform transmission processing of a transmission signal at every time the transmission signal becomes below a threshold. SOLUTION: When a signal level of a receiving signal becomes below the threshold value S3 of squelch operation, a squelch discrimination circuit 18 discriminates whether the signal level which becomes below the threshold value S3, continues a squelch confirmation time T1 or not, that is, discriminates whether it is a time of not-receiving the signal or not before making a squelch circuit 15 ON, if the time continues the squelch confirmation time T1, the squelch circuit 15 is turned ON.
