<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lock device which prevents occurrence of an unusual sound and scrapes due to wobbling of a pad lock. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular lock device 10A is provided for a spare tire case 2 mounted on a cross-country vehicle, and specifically functions to lock between a fixed-side divided cylinder case section 3 and a movable-side divided cylinder case section 4 by means of a pad lock 13.
