PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing nanoemulsified particles, and to provide skin care preparations containing stabilized nanoemulsified particles, and particularly when physiologically active substances are included in the particles, to provide skin care preparations highly effective in antioxidation, skin brightening, skin wrinkle inhibition, skin moisturizing, dekeratinization, protein synthesis, etc. depending on the kinds of physiologically active ingredients included therein because of also improving the stability of these physiologically active substances. SOLUTION: The method for improving the stability of nanosize-emulsified particles of several to several tenth nanometers produced using one or more polyglycerol fatty acid esters as emulsifier involves using a hydroxycarboxylic acid ester. By this method, the stability of the emulsified particles can be improved by adding the hydroxycarboxylic acid ester at 0.001-20 time(s) the total weight of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester(s).
