PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure to suppress the evaporative emission generation that can be applied to a vehicle having a conventional fuel return passage. SOLUTION: Electromagnetic valves 34, 35 and 45 are installed in fuel return pipes 32 and 24 to return the surplus of the fuel fed under pressure toward an injector 30 of an engine into a fuel tank 10. A feed pump 12 for fuel force-feed and a jet pump 37 functioning as an ejector are provided to suck the residual fuel in the fuel return pipes 32 and 24 for a predetermined period and return into a fuel tank 10. In a state where the electromagnetic valves 34 and 45 are closed and the electromagnetic valve 35 is opened after the engine stop, the feed pump 12 is driven in a predetermined period to circulate the fuel via a fuel circulating pipe 36, the jet pump 37 and the pipe 38. At that time, the residual fuel in the fuel return pipes 32 and 24 is sucked by ejector action of the jet pump 37, and returned into the fuel tank 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
