The feedstuff utilization of Hongju by-product in Jindo and process for preparation high quality meat by fed there in Hanwoo

PURPOSE: The use of spent grain of Jindo red wine using as feed is provided. High quality of pork meat is obtained by using the spent grain. CONSTITUTION: A pig is fed with a feed containing 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of spent grain of Jindo red wine(hongju) to give high quality meat. The feed containing spent grain of Jindo red wine increases feed intake, feed efficiency and carcass grade such as cholesterol content, juiciness, color, flavor and smoothness of meat or the like.
