PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a desirable dust removing mechanism for a paper bag type dust collection filter for a vacuum cleaner. SOLUTION: A dust remover 17 provided in a swingable manner inside of a ventilation window 8a for sucking out air in a dust collection chamber 11 is pressed repeatedly to be swung by the contactor 28 of a dust remover driving drum 27 provided at the bottom of the dust collection chamber to vibrate a paper bag 16b for filtration for the paper bag type dust collection filter 16 swollen by collecting dust to remove the dust.
