摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-magnetic one-component electrostatic charge image developing toner which suppresses filming of a release agent to a photoreceptor and a developing member in a modified polyester-containing toner and is excellent in the release property from a roller and to provide an image forming method which prevents the staining of members in a process of oilless fixing and by which excellent image stability can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The non-magnetic one-component electrostatic charge image developing toner used in the image forming apparatus including a cleaning means for cleaning the toner remaining on the photoreceptor surface with a cleaning blade and an oilless fixing unit is the modified polyester-containing toner of 0.1 to 0.4 in the ratio of the peak derived from the release agent by an ATR method and the peak derived from the resin as the value to regulate the amount of the release agent existing at a depth from the toner surface down to 0.3 &mu;m is 0.1 to 0.4.
