PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a harness caloric value operation device, estimating the caloric value of wiring bundle part of the whole harness without prototype test. SOLUTION: This harness caloric value operation device includes: a display part 16; a data creating part 12 for creating caloric value data including the caloric value of wiring by each operation mode from the input data including connecting definition about wiring constituting harness, wire, thickness, resistance value per unit length, ON/OFF of a current and its value; and a CAD part 14 for creating a wiring shape model indicating a caloric value or a conversion value obtained by converting the caloric value by a predetermined reference as the thickness of the wiring when the caloric value data is read, and displaying the wiring shape model on the display part 16.
