PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a PC anchorage device which is economical and exerts high-strength without increasing a cross sectional area thereof, by enclosing a peripheral surface of a female cone having a conventional size, with a strong cover layer made of carbon fibers or the like depending on the distribution of hoop tension that can occur, so as to reduce a tensile force caused by the hoop tension. SOLUTION: The PC (prestressed concrete) anchorage device To is formed of a tendon 2 which has a steel wedge 2a gripping an end of a wire rod 1 of a prestressing strand, and an anchorage member 3 formed of the steel cone 3c having a tapering internal hole 3a and a linear internal hole 3b formed therein. Then a carbon fiber sheet 4 is bonded via its adhesive layer 5 to the peripheral surface of the steel cone 3c as the cover layer having a thickness corresponding to the distribution of the hoop tension. By combining the carbon fiber cover layer with the cone 3c in one body, the strength of the cone 3c is enhanced, and the anchorage device To having a sufficient strength with respect to the hoop tension occurring at the time of straining can be inexpensively and easily produced.
