A water tank rotating device for a disinfectant injecting machine is provided to operate the water tank more smoothly and accurately, inject a disinfectant into a small water supply system by increasing rotary power of the water tank compared with reaction force generated during rotation of the water tank according to operation of a rotary power varying water tank and a reaction force varying weight installed at a water tank. In a disinfectant injecting machine comprising a water tank(2) which is rotatably and axially installed within a supporting housing and which is automatically rotated to discharge water when a certain quantity of water is contained in the water tank, a water tank rotating device for the disinfectant injecting machine comprises: a rotary power varying water tank(10) which is installed on the front of the water tank, and of which an upper portion is opened; a waterway(20) formed on the top of a front portion of the water tank to guide and supply water contained in the water tank to the rotary power varying water tank; and a reaction force varying weight(30) connected to lower portions of link members(32), wherein the link members are rotationally and freely installed at both sides of the bottom of the water tank by means of rotation shafts(31).
