PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing a bird's nest designed to remove the bird's nest prepared in an elevated place of a pole, etc., without crushing the bird's nest. SOLUTION: The apparatus for removing the bird's nest is equipped with a fork 1 having a plurality of tines 1a arranged side by side in the same direction. The combs 1a are arranged side by side with a length and an interval kept therebetween so as to scoop the bird's nest. The bird's nest kept in such a state that the tines 1a of the fork 1 support the lower side of the bird's nest made in an elevated place of the pole, etc., can be removed by the apparatus for removing the bird's nest. That is, the bird's nest is removed by inserting the tines 1a of the fork 1 into the lower side of the bird's nest and subsequently drawing the bird's nest near to this side.
