PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercover capable of suppressing breakage of a guide member caused by the push-up force from a road surface. SOLUTION: A guide member 24 to guide air exhausted from an engine room 12 through an exhaust port 20 formed in a cover body 18 backward of a rear side of a vehicle 11 when the vehicle 11 is moving forward is pivotably attached in a rocking manner to the cover body 18 so as to extend downwardly from the cover body 18 via a pivot 25 arranged on the front side of the vehicle of the exhaust port 20 substantially along the width direction of the vehicle body. A deformation part 27 to generate the moment to turn the guide member 24 around the pivot 25 when the push-up force is applied to a lower end 24b of the guide member 24 from a road surface is formed on the guide member 24.
