PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent capable of specifically adsorbing a compound having at least two non-covalent electron pairs, its manufacturing method, an adsorption device capable of easily and certainly separating/refining the compound having at least two non-covalent electron pairs and a manufacturing method of the adsorption device capable of easily manufacturing the adsorption device in a short time. SOLUTION: The adsorption device 1 is constituted by filling the adsorbent filling space 20 of the column 2 with the adsorbent 3. The adsorbent 3 charged in the adsorbent filling space 20 is mainly constituted of an inorganic ion exchanger at least in the vicinity of its surface and at least a part of the metal element possessed by the inorganic ion exchanger is substituted with at least one of adsorbent metal elements capable of specifically adsorbing the compound having at least tow non-covalent electron pairs.
