LASER SCANNER SYSTEM AND LASER BEAM MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and quickly position a mirror by suppressing heat generation in a laser scanner system.

SOLUTION: A laser scanner system 200 has a mirror 1 for reflecting a laser beam and an angle sensor 30 for detecting the angle of rotation of the mirror. The mirror and the angle sensor are connected to a frame 5. The mirror is rocked by a coil 4. A center yoke 9 is disposed on the inside of the coil. A flow passage 9c for a coolant is formed in an axial portion of the center yoke. The center yoke and a rotor located in the vicinity of the center yoke are cooled by the coolant flowing in the flow passage.
