摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element composition and an optical material which suppress deformation, fracture, cracking of a molded layer itself or breaking on the interface between a substrate and the molded layer and do not cause degradation of an optical performance, wherein the molded layer for exhibiting an optical performance is molded from energy-curable resin, and to provide an optical element, diffractive optical element, laminated optical element and laminated diffractive optical element molded by using the optical element composition and optical material. SOLUTION: The laminated optical element has a plurality of relaxation layers of a low polymerization degree which is molded by using a material of the same kind with the molded layer as an intermediate layer between the molded layer molded from the energy curable resin and the transparent substrate, on at least one side surface of the transparent substrate.
