PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a boat moving to an opposite side cannot reach a target point consistently when the flow is rapid. SOLUTION: A boat capable of performing the consistent movement is provided without using any power by a rope to connect a boat stem to a fixed structure on the land and by the steering of a rudder connected to the boat stem and the boat stern.
