<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type microemulsion which is prepared by using a decreased quantity of a surfactant or without using a surfactant, is highly safe for a living body, and has a high ratio of an aqueous phase capable of dissolving an effective component. <P>SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type microemulsion contains polyvinylpyrrolidone and one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of fatty acids being liquid at normal temperature and higher alcohols being liquid at normal temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
