PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an inclination sensor capable of effectively using a conventional dead space as well as abolishing an exclusive mounting stay. SOLUTION: An inclination sensor mounting arm 51a which is a pair of trailing parts integrally formed with a seat catch 50 is provided on the seat catch 50 to lock a seat 9 in a closed state by holding a hook 9a set on the back side of the opening and closing type seat, and the inclination sensor 22 is mounted on the arm 51a. A stay structure 35 of a rear end part of the car body frame 4 on which the seat catch 50 is installed is arranged on a central part in the left and right directions of a car body so as to equally detect left and right inclinations by a pendulum 27 and a magnet 28 axially supported in the inclination sensor 22 free to oscillate. The seat catch 50 is constituted to carry out holding and opening motion of the hook 9a and is furnished with a pair of cams, namely, a first cam 52 and a second cam 54 supported free to revolve.
