<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link mechanism and a compressor without generating twisting. <P>SOLUTION: A maximum inclination angle formed between an arm 41 of a rotating member and a link member 45 is a maximum inclination angle generated by clearances formed between a first connection pin 46, which rotatably journals the arm 41 of the rotating member and the link member 45, and bearing holes 41a, 41a. A maximum inclination angle formed between an arm 43 of an inclining member and the link member 45 is a maximum inclination angle generated by clearances formed between a second connection pin 47, which rotatably journals the arm 43 of the inclining member and the link member 45, and bearing holes 43a, 43a.
