PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for ironing, improve a drying force and eliminate a damp-dry state by attaching a meshed heater function thereto, using a low-temperature heated air, directly blowing it to clothes and drying it when the ironing. SOLUTION: A grip 3 of this iron 10 is provided with an air blower 5 in its inside right end, a protective net 6 in its outside right end, an air blower 2 in the center, and a changeover switch 1 for changing over the temperature in the left end; an air passage 4 is attached from the air blower 5 to a bottom plate 9; the bottom plate 9 is bored with air holes and attached with an air seal cover 7 thereover for the air seal; and when ironing, heated air is used and directly blown to the clothes to dry them.
