This invention relates to a real-time dynamic method for detecting interactions between molecules such as bioactive molecules, and relates to a method for screening target molecules in vivo. In this invention, the first detecting material and the second detecting material are provided, wherein the first detecting material comprises a localizer which is translocated by biologically or physiology in a cell, and the second detecting material comprises a label. Thus, the complex of the first detecting material and the second detecting material, wherein the complex results from the interaction in vivo, can be detected reversibly by the localizer which is translocated by physiology in the cell, and the target molecule can be screened effectively.
