PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element that can be miniaturized without deteriorating characteristic, and can exhibit enhanced characteristic and high performance in the same dimension. SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element includes: a yoke part 10; a permanent magnet 40; a magnetic rotor 50; and external terminals 35, 36. The magnetic rotor 50 is arranged opposite to the yoke part 10, The permanent magnet 40 is deposited by being overlapped on the magnetic rotor 50. The external terminals 35, 36 are connected to a center conductor of the magnetic rotor 50 and external connection terminals 350, 360 are exposed to an upper side of the permanent magnet 40.
