PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a printed wiring board capable of incorporating and simply forming an LCR of high precision, concretely an inductor having high inductance in a resin circuit board, with a simple process at a low cost by using general-purpose sheet material. SOLUTION: A high magnetic-permeability layer 14 is formed with a passive component forming layer 4 of a sheet 1 for manufacturing the printed wiring board, which is formed by laminating and molding a support layer 2, a metal layer 3, and the passive component forming layer 4 formed with a high magnetic-permeability material 4b in this order. The surface forming the high magnetic-permeability layer 14 is superposed in opposed relation to one surface of a half-cured insulating resin layer 7, and integrally laminated by thermal compression-molding. Subsequently, after the support layer 2 is isolated from the metal layer 3, an inductor pattern 13 is formed by performing etching treatment to the metal layer 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
