PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meander line antenna which can be downsized and has high radiation efficiency. SOLUTION: The meander line antenna 40 places an antenna element 41 of an extended conductor inflected into reverse direction in repetitious fashion and placed in planar state, a feeding point 12 placed in the central area of the antenna element 41, and dielectrics 42 and 43 near the antenna element 41 in the manner that sandwich both sides of the antenna element 41.
