<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that work for indirectly warming an object in a vessel with hot water requires a time and labor, is difficult to produce a good product, and produces odor in an indirect warming machine put in the hot water, and to solve a problem that useful foods such as ajoene for improving the immune function is elucidated, however, its formation tends to be avoided for there is no dedicated vessel therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This vessel for indirect warming in hot water is so formed that an outer box is provided with a heating part, an interval between an inner box and the outer box is defined as a hot water warming zone, and the inner box and a netted box are insertably/detachably installed; and a fine chopper is mounted thereon and integrated together. The fine chopper finely chops the object with a blade edge and a standing edge, and the both edges are formed into a swastika shape and mounted on a tilt shaft device. The shape and the centrifugal force are combined and act to chop and drop the object in the netted box. This constitution enables continuous work. This vessel can be used as the indirect warming in hot water for forming ajoene by filling the netted box with oil and indirectly warming it in the hot water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
