The screw locking device is in the form of a disk or tab (1a) on the head of the screw (1), which can be pressed into a corresponding recess (2b) in the surface of the part (2, 3) being fixed. The screw head may be a standard one with a hexagonal recess, in which case the disk can be fitted to any part of the screw head.
