This invention discloses an air heat pump type hot water stove, which includes a condenser, a throttling valve, an evaporator and a compressor connected successively. Plural condensers are connected with each other. First condenser forms by a water tank with a water joint and an outlet, and a built-in radiator. This invention has reduced the hot pollution for environment using heat pump principle to absorbing heat energy to burn hot water, and can offer refrigerating capacity while offering heat water, and saving energy greatly. Plural condensers are connected in series or other connecting way, which can get the hot water of different temperature, from 45 'C to 100 'C, to satisfy different demand. Two kinds of evaporators can offer cold quantity directly or indirectly. The condenser group with an individual housing can get hot water alone with other existing air-conditioner connected therewith.
