The duct has a flanging device covering a tight tubing (2) on the entire length of the duct. The device has sheaths (3), modules (4) and cables (5). The sheaths, modules and cables are adapted for, at rest, preserving the softness and flexibility of the duct and, under the application of a determined stress, rigidifying the duct and congealing their position on the length of the duct covered by the device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device adapted for the transport of fluids and powdery materials, comprising a duct (2) a method for manufacturing a duct.
