PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display box by which display state is easily changed and workability in manufacturing is improved. SOLUTION: In the display box sharedly used as hanger state display in which trays 1, 2 are hung vertically lined and counter state display in which the trays 1, 2 are arranged being lined in a staircase shape by coupling the multi step trays 1, 2 and relatively moving the trays 1, 2, a back wall 3 is formed by coupling the lower end of the back wall of the upper step side tray 1 and the upper end of the back wall of the lower step side tray 2 via a back middle plate 4 to integrate the upper and lower trays 1, 2, a foot member 31 extending downward is secured to the back portion of the upper step side tray 1, the back wall 3 is vertically extended, a foot member 31 is piled onto the back side of the back wall to reinforce the coupled portion of the upper and lower trays 1, 2 in the hanger state, and the upper step side tray 1 is supported by folding the back middle plate 4 rearward from the lower step side tray 2, mounting the upper step side tray 1 on the back middle plate 4, and protruding the foot member 31 downward to bring the foot member into contact with the earth in the counter state.
