<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which can increase a productivity, reduce its size and cost, and achieve various sorts of trimming before dicing. <P>SOLUTION: A fuse 15 is formed on the surface of a driver 10 having a driver IC mounted thereon. First and second wiring patterns 21, 22 are formed on the surface of the driver 10 with an insulating layer disposed therebetween.
