PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the scholastic ability of an individual user with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: A question information acquisition part 12 of a server device 1 acquires question information having different difficulty information on the basis of the decision result of right/wrong decision in a right/wrong decision part 15, and a scholastic ability level determination part 16 determines the scholastic ability of a user on the basis of the difficulty information corresponding to the question information transmitted by a question information transmission part 13 and two or more decision results in the right/wrong decision part 15 when satisfying a prescribed requirement.
