PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control receiving of streaming contents from a remote server and a broadcasting station, storing the received streaming contents, and reproducing the restored streaming contents with an OS without correcting existing application programs. SOLUTION: When using the streaming contents, the application program requests a receiving request for receiving the streaming contents, a writing request for storing the received contents, and a reading request for reproducing the stored contents to a system call function executing section 21.
