<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a gas leak caused by friction powder generated by friction between a cylinder and a piston in a piston type pressure reducing valve. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure reducing valve 100 includes: the cylinder 10; the piston 20 to be reciprocatively moved in the cylinder 10; a U seal 30 arranged in the outer peripheral part of the piston 20 and securing airtightness between the piston 20 and the inner wall surface of the cylinder 10; and a friction suppressing mechanism for suppressing the friction between a part of the piston 20 and the inner wall surface of the cylinder 10 when the piston 20 is reciprocatively moved in the cylinder 10 in a state where the piston is inclined in the reciprocative movement direction. As the friction suppressing mechanism, for example, a notched part 24R for suppressing a collision between a nut 24 and the inner wall of the cylinder 10 is arranged in the nut 24 for fixing the U seal 30 to the piston 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
