PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business method for performing the transmission processing of situation information and position information free of charge in a crime prevention system utilizing a portable terminal. SOLUTION: At the time of connecting a dedicated terminal loaded with a crime prevention alarm and a position information retrieval device to a portable telephone set, an advertisement is displayed on the screen of the portable telephone set from the dedicated terminal. At the time of an emergency, the crime prevention alarm and the position information retrieval device are operated and transmission is performed automatically to a specified destination. The identification of a transmitter and the confirmation of the position information by automatically distributed information, the situation confirmation of checking whether the problem is a crime prevention problem or a medical problem, and processing are performed for a system user free of charge.
