PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overheat of an engine by energizing a valve to the opened condition. SOLUTION: This temperature regulating device is provided with a valve 1000 changing distribution of velocity of exhaust gas flowing in an exhaust port in the exhaust port. When the valve 1000 is closed, heat transmission from exhaust gas to a cylinder head is increased and temperature rise of the engine is promoted. When the valve 1000 is opened, promotion of engine temperature rise is stopped. An arm part 1010 extending vertically from a valve stem 1002 of the valve 1000 is connected to the cylinder head 104 via a spring 1020.
