PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a binder capable of obtaining sufficient stiffness when nonwoven fabric is manufactured. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is manufactured by using as a binder a two-component adhesive composition comprising a first component which comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature of 40 to <80°C obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition containing at least a polymerizable monomer having a carboxy group, a (meth)acrylic monomer having no carboxy group, and a crosslinkable monomer and a second component comprising a metallic crosslinking agent.
