<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic elevator capable of reducing installation cost and running cost. <P>SOLUTION: When a main tank 4 provided on a roof 3 is connected to a water-feed tank 6 through a water-feed pipe 5 and a water-feed valve 12 is opened to feed water to the water-feed tank 6, an expansion/contraction part 7 is elongated to raise an elevator cage 8. When a water discharge valve 15 below the water-feed tank is opened, the expansion/contraction part 7 is contracted by discharging working water of the expansion/contraction part 7 and the water-feed tank 6 to a return pipe 10 and reducing a water pressure to descend the elevator cage 8. Own weight of the elevator cage 8 and weight of a user 13 are added up to form water discharge weight to push the working water out to the return pipe 10 to return it to the main tank 4, which requires little power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
