PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-polyurea (PU) dispersion having a high solids content and a low viscosity and stabilized not by the help of an external emulsifier. SOLUTION: This dispersion is a dispersion of a polyurethane-polyurea having a bimodal particle size distribution in which the maximum value of the finer fraction lies between 51 nm and 150 nm, and the maximum value of the coarser fraction lies between 160 nm and 700 nm.
