PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide products having characteristic properties of known oxazoline derivatives, that is, good compatibility with organic matrixes, sufficient chemical reactivity and basicity and having neither high volatility nor significant movability in addition. SOLUTION: The mixture is obtained by mixing 4,4-dihydroxymethyloxazoline compounds of monoesters, diesters and free bodies of fatty acids, hydroxy fatty acids, montan wax acids and the like, each of which compounds is 0-98 mole (number of moles is different based on the compounds).
